Taiwan japan working holiday to start in April May 2009. The program is under review by both Governments. Applications will be accepted from Taiwanese people aged 18-30 from June 1-5 and Nov. 2-6 and there will be 2,000 numbers of opening will be available. Japan so fr signed with10 countries for the working holiday maker program.And Taiwan has signed with three countries for working holiday program for their youth.
